Prerequisites

• Imotekh the Stormlord on the battlefield
• Spine of Ish Sah on the battlefield
• Krark-Clan Ironworks on the battlefield
• Cloud Key on the battlefield
• "Artifact" chosen with Cloud Key

Steps

1. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing Spine of Ish Sah, adding
2. Spine of Ish Sah leaves the battlefield, returning itself from your graveyard to your hand
3. Imotekh triggers, creating two 2/2 Necron Warrior artifact creature tokens
4. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks twice by sacrificing both Necron Warriors, adding
5. Cast Spine of Ish Sah by paying
6. Spine of Ish Sah enters the battlefield, destroying a permanent
7. Repeat
8. You may also repeat this loop during each of your turns

Results

• Destroy any number of permanents during each of your turns
