Prerequisites

• Hylda of the Icy Crown on the battlefield
• Mind Over Matter on the battlefield
• Elvish Mariner on the battlefield
• Curator of Mysteries on the battlefield
• You have at least one card in hand
• You control a mana-producing permanent

Steps

1. When an opponent controls an untapped creature, activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least
2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, targeting the mana-producing permanent
3. Curator of Mysteries triggers, causing you to scry 1
4. Elvish Mariner triggers, causing you to tap an untapped creature an opponent controls
5. Hylda of the Icy Crown triggers, causing you to pay to scry 2 and draw a card
6. Elvish Mariner triggers, causing you to tap nothing
7. Resolve the Mind Over Matter ability from step 2, untapping the permanent
8. Repeat as desired

• Tap all creatures opponents control during each turn
