Steps

1. Cast Fractured Identity by paying , exiling Nine Lives and causing each opponent to create a token copy of Nine Lives
2. When Nine Lives leaves the battlefield, it triggers
3. Holding priority, cast Tranquil Domain by paying , destroying all non-Aura enchantments
4. When aach opponent's Nine Lives leave the battlefield, they trigger, causing them to lose the game
