• Fractured Identity in hand
• Nevinyrral, Urborg Tyrant on the battlefield
• You have a way to kill Nevinyrral at instant speed

Steps

1. Cast Fractured Identity by paying , exiling Nine Lives and causing each opponent to create a token copy of it
2. Nine Lives triggers
3. Holding priority, kill Nevinyrral at instant speed
4. When Nevinyrral dies, it triggers, destroying all creatures, artifacts and/or enchantments
5. Each opponent's Nine Lives leaves the battlefield, causing them to lose the game
