Steps

1. Cast Fractured Identity by paying , exiling Nine Lives and causing each opponent to create a token copy of it
2. Nine Lives triggers
3. Holding priority, cast Fracturing Gust by paying its mana cost, destroying all enchantments
4. Each opponent's Nine Lives leaves the battlefield, causing them to lose the game

Results

• Each opponent loses the game
