• Fractured Identity in hand
• Soltari Guerrillas on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Fractured Identity by paying , exiling Altanak and causing each opponent to create a token copy of it
2. Activate Soltari Guerrillas an arbitrarily large number of times by paying , targeting an opponent's Altanak
3. Altanak triggers that many times, causing the opponent to draw that many cards and lose the game due to drawing from an empty library
4. Repeat from step 2 for each remaining opponent

Results

• Each opponent loses the game
• Infinite card draw for each opponent
• Infinite draw triggers for each opponent
