Prerequisites

• Overwhelming Splendor on the battlefield
• Eater of Days on the battlefield
• Oath of Teferi on the battlefield
• Tamiyo, Collector of Tales on the battlefield
• Fractured Identity in hand
• each turn available

Steps

1. Cast Fractured Identity by paying , exiling Eater of Days and creating a token copy under each opponent's control
2. Each Eater of Days enters the battlefield, triggering itself, causing each opponent to skip their next two turns
3. Activate Tamiyo's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, choosing any card name
4. Activate Tamiyo's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, returning Fractured Identity from your graveyard to your hand
5. Move to your next turn
6. Cast Fractured Identity by paying , exiling an opponent's Eater of Days token, creating a copy with no abilities under your control and a copy with abilities under each other opponent's control
7. Each new Eater of Days not controlled by you enters the battlefield, triggering itself, causing its controller to skip their next two turns
8. Activate Tamiyo's first loyalty ability twice by putting two loyalty counters on it, choosing any card names
9. Move to your next turn
10. Activate Tamiyo's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, choosing any card name
11. Activate Tamiyo's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, returning Fractured Identity from your graveyard to your hand
12. Cast Fractured Identity by paying , exiling an Eater of Days you control, or, if you control none, an Eater of Days not controlled by the opponent with the fewest skipped turns remaining, exiling it and creating a copy under each other player's control
13. Each new Eater of Days not controlled by you enters the battlefield, triggering itself, causing its controller to skip their next two turns
14. Move to your next turn
15. Repeat from step 8 until each opponent has skipped turns equal to four times the number of opponents you have
16. The player of your choice takes a turn
17. Repeat from step 15
