• Fractured Identity in hand
• Lich on the battlefield
• Paraselene in hand
• Platinum Angel on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Fractured Identity by paying , exiling Lich and causing each opponent to create a token copy of Lich, and lose life equal to their life totals due to Lich's effect
2. You cannot lose the game due to having 0 or less life due to Platinum Angel
3. Cast Paraselene by paying , destroying all enchantments and causing you to gain 1 life for each enchantment destroyed this way
4. Each opponent's Lich triggers, causing them to lose the game
