Steps

1. Cast Fractured Identity by paying , exiling Immortal Coil and causing each opponent to create a token copy of it
2. Cast Rest in Peace by paying
3. Rest in Peace enters the battlefield, exiling all cards from all graveyards
4. Each opponent's Immortal Coil triggers, causing them to lose the game
