Steps

1. Activate Emiel by paying , blinking Simian Simulacrum
2. Simian Simulacrum enters the battlefield, putting two +1/+1 counters on Cryptic Trilobite
3. Activate Cryptic Trilobite's first ability twice by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities
4. Repeat

• Infinite +1/+1 counters
• Infinite blinking
• Infinite colorless mana that can only be spent to activate abilities
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
