Prerequisites

• Famished Paladin on the battlefield
• Splinter Twin on the battlefield
• Ajani's Welcome on the battlefield
• Famished Paladin does not have summoning sickness
• Splinter Twin attached to Famished Paladin

Steps

1. Tap Famished Paladin to create a token copy of it with haste
2. The token ETBs, triggering Ajani's Welcome and gaining you 1 life
3. All of your Famished Paladins trigger, untapping themselves
4. Repeat for infinite creature tokens with haste
