Prerequisites

• Ill-Tempered Loner // Howlpack Avenger on the battlefield
• Fiendlash on the battlefield
• You control an indestructible creature
• Fiendlash attached to the indestructible creature
• You have a way to deal damage to the indestructible creature

Steps

1. Deal damage to the indestructible creature
2. Fiendlash and Howlpack Avenger trigger
3. Resolve the Fiendlash trigger, dealing at least two damage to any player or planeswalker
4. Resolve the Howlpack Avenger trigger, dealing at least one damage to the indestructible creature
5. Repeat from step 2

• Infinite damage
