Steps

1. Cast View from Above by paying , targeting Storm-Kiln Artist
2. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers twice and Harmonic Prodigy triggers once
3. Resolve the Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating two Treasure tokens
4. Resolve the Harmonic Prodigy trigger, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn
5. Resolve View from Above, giving Storm-Kiln Artist flying until end of turn and returning View from Above to your hand
6. Activate the two Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
7. Repeat
