Prerequisites

• Assault Suit on the battlefield
• Island Fish Jasconius on the battlefield
• Assault Suit attached to Island Fish Jasconius
• A player controls no Islands

Steps

1. If needed, give control of Island Fish Jasconius to an opponent who controls no Islands
2. When Island Fish Jasconius's controller controls no Islands, Island Fish Jasconius triggers, causing them to sacrifice it
3. However, Island Fish Jasconius cannot be sacrificed due to Assault Suit
4. Island Fish Jasconius triggers again, creating a mandatory infinite loop that causes the game to end in a draw
