Steps

1. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one
2. Cast Mystic Retrieval by paying , returning Runic Repetition to your hand from your graveyard
3. Cast Mystic Retrieval from your graveyard for its flashback cost by paying , returning Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard to your hand and exiling Mystic Retrieval
4. Cast Runic Repetition by paying , returning Mystic Retrieval from exile to your hand
5. Repeat each turn
