• Tidewater Minion on the battlefield
• Pemmin's Aura on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast High Tide by paying
2. Activate an Island by tapping it, adding
3. High Tide triggers, adding
4. Activate Tidewater Minion by tapping it, untapping the Island
5. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying , untapping Tidewater Minion
6. Repeat from step 2

• Infinite blue mana
• Infinite mana permanents you control can produce
