• Portent Tracker on the battlefield
• Freed from the Real on the battlefield
• You control an Island
• Freed from the Real attached to Portent Tracker

Steps

1. Cast High Tide by paying
2. Activate an Island by tapping it, adding
3. High Tide triggers, adding
4. Activate Portent Tracker by tapping it, untapping the Island
5. Activate Freed from the Real by paying , untapping Portent Tracker
6. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Infinite mana lands you control can produce
• Infinite blue mana
• Infinite untap of lands you control
