Prerequisites

• Vigean Graftmage on the battlefield
• Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant // Sasaya's Essence on the battlefield
• Living Plane on the battlefield

Steps

1. Play the land
2. That land enters as a creature due to Living Plane, triggering Vigean Graftmage's Graft ability, allowing you to move a +1/+1 counter from Vigean Graftmage to that land
3. Activate that land by tapping it, adding one mana
4. Sasaya's Essence triggers, adding at least two additional mana
5. Activate Vigean Graftmage by paying , untapping the land creature
6. Repeat
