Prerequisites

• Veinwitch Coven on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Vindictive Vampire on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature castable for , adding
2. When that creature dies, Vindictive Vampire triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 1 life
3. When you gain life, Veinwitch Coven triggers, causing you to pay to return the sacrificed creature from your graveyard to your hand
4. Cast that creature by paying
5. Repeat
