Prerequisites

• Jinnie Fay, Jetmir's Second on the battlefield
• Essence of Orthodoxy on the battlefield
• Artificial Evolution in hand
• You have a way to create a token
• available

Steps

1. Cast Artificial Evolution by paying , changing all instances of "Phyrexian" on Essence of Orthodoxy to "Cat" or "Dog" until end of turn
2. Create a token, choosing instead to create a 2/2 Cat creature token with haste or a 3/1 Dog creature token with vigilance
3. When the Cat or Dog enters the battlefield, Essence of Orthodoxy triggers, creating a 2/2 Cat creature token with haste or a 3/1 Dog creature token with vigilance
4. Repeat step 3

Results

• Infinite creature tokens with haste
• Infinite ETB
