Prerequisites

• Golgari Thug on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Gwenom, Remorseless on the battlefield
• Healer of the Pride on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Golgari Thug
2. When Golgari Thug dies, it triggers, putting it from your graveyard onto the top of your library
3. Cast Golgari Thug from the top of your library by paying 2 life
4. When Golgari Thug enters, Healer of the Pride triggers, causing you to gain 2 life
5. Repeat
