Prerequisites

• Golgari Thug on the battlefield
• Bolas's Citadel on the battlefield
• Healer of the Pride on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Your life total is at least 3

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Golgari Thug, adding one mana of any color
2. When Golgari Thug dies, it triggers, putting itself on top of your library from your graveyard
3. Cast Golgari Thug from the top of your library by paying 2 life
4. When Golgari Thug enters the battlefield, Healer of the Pride triggers, causing you to gain 2 life
5. Repeat
