Steps

1. Cast Vadrok for its mutate cost by paying , targeting any non-Human creature
2. Holding priority, cast Double Major by paying , targeting the Vadrok spell
3. Resolve Double Major, copying the Vadrok spell, targeting the non-Human creature
4. Resolve the copy of the Vadrok spell, putting it under the non-Human creature
5. Vadrok triggers, casting Double Major from your graveyard without paying its mana cost, targeting the Vadrok spell
6. Repeat from step 3
7. With each iteration, you will gain an additional Vadrok trigger, which you can use to cast any other noncreature spells with mana value three or less in your graveyard,
