Steps

1. Cast Omarthis by paying
2. Holding priority, cast Double Major by paying , copying the Omarthis spell, with the copy being nonlegendary
3. Resolve the copy of the Omarthis spell, causing it to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it
4. Resolve the original Omarthis spell, causing it to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it
5. The token Omarthis' first ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
6. The nontoken Omarthis' first ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
7. Repeat from step 5

Results

• Infinite +1/+1 counters on Omarthis and a nonlegendary token copy of Omarthis
