• Vadrok, Apex of Thunder in hand
• Cackling Counterpart in the graveyard
• Training Grounds on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Palinchron
2. When Palinchron enters the battlefield, you can untap 7 lands
3. untap lands to produce
4. Cast Vadrok, Apex of Thunder for its mutate cost under Palinchron
5. When Vadrok, Apex of Thunder successfully mutates you can cast Cackling Counterpart from your graveyard for free
6. Cast Cackling Counterpart from your graveyard to make a token copy of Palinchron
7. When the token copy of Palinchron enters the battlefield in response to its ability, return the original Palinchron to your hand with its ability
8. Repeat
