Steps

1. Activate Food Chain by exiling Eternal Scourge, adding four mana of any one color that can only be spent to cast creature spells
2. Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying
3. Repeat

• Infinite colored mana that can only be spent to cast creature spells
