Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Eternal Scourge, adding
2. When Eternal Scourge dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token
3. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
4. Activate Pharika by paying and exiling Eternal Scourge from your graveyard, creating a 1/1 Snake creature token
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Snake, adding
6. When the Snake dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token
7. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
8. Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying
9. Repeat
