Prerequisites

• Sliver Gravemother on the battlefield
• Rukarumel, Biologist on the battlefield
• Eternal Scourge on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• You have at least two opponents
• "Sliver" chosen with Rukarumel
• available

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Eternal Scourge, adding
2. Activate Eternal Scourge's encore ability by paying and exiling it from your graveyard, creating a token copy of it with haste for each opponent you have
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing two Eternal Scourge tokens, adding
4. Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying
5. Repeat
6. If you have three or more opponents, this combo nets infinite Eternal Scourge tokens with haste and colorless mana
