Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Eternal Scourge, adding
2. Eternal Scourge is exiled instead of being put into your graveyard due to Rest in Peace
3. Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying
4. Iraxxa triggers, creating a 2/2 Alien Warrior creature token
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the Alien Warrior and Eternal Scourge, adding
6. Repeat from step 2
