Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Eternal Scourge, adding
2. Eternal Scourge is exiled instead of being put into your graveyard due to Rest in Reace
3. Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying
4. Pia Nalaar triggers, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Thopter, adding
6. Repeat
