• Grenzo, Dungeon Warden on the battlefield
• Threefold Thunderhulk in the graveyard
• Thermopod on the battlefield
• Paradox Shaper // Omit Variables on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Paradox Shaper by paying , putting Threefold Thunderhulk on the bottom of your library from your graveyard
2. Activate Grenzo by paying , putting Threefold Thunderhulk into your graveyard from the bottom of your library, and then putting it onto the battlefield
3. When Threefold Thunderhulk enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating three 1/1 Gnome artifact creature tokens
4. Activate Thermopod four times by sacrificing Threefold Thunderhulk and the Gnomes, adding
5. Repeat
