Steps

1. Cast Retraction Helix by paying , targeting Steelfin Whale
2. If you control a colored legendary creature and/or planeswalker, activate Mox Amber by tapping it, adding
3. Activate Steelfin Whale by tapping it, returning Mox Amber from the battlefield to your hand
4. Cast Mox Amber by paying
5. When Mox Amber enters the battlefield, Steelfin Whale triggers, untapping Steelfin Whale
6. Repeat from step 2
