Steps

1. Cast Retraction Helix by paying , targeting a creature you control
2. Cast the artifact by paying
3. Mirran Spy triggers, untapping the creature targeted by Retraction Helix
4. Activate the creature by tapping it, returning the artifact from the battlefield to your hand
5. Repeat from step 2
