Steps

1. Activate Noose Constrictor by discarding a card
2. Necropotence triggers, exiling the discarded card from your graveyard
3. Ketramose triggers, causing you to draw a card and lose 1 life
4. Queza triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
5. Resolve the Noose Constrictor ability
6. Repeat
