Steps

1. Activate Thran Forge by paying , giving Wirewood Channeler +1/+0 and making it into an artifact creature
2. Activate Wirewood Channeler by tapping it, adding at least
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying , untapping Wirewood Channeler
4. Repeat from step 2
