Prerequisites

• Veinwitch Coven on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Memnite on the battlefield
• Bastion of Remembrance on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Memnite, adding
2. Memnite dies, triggering Bastion of Remembrance, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
3. Veinwitch Coven triggers, causing you to pay to return Memnite from your graveyard to your hand
4. Cast Memnite by paying
5. Repeat
