• Stronghold Taskmaster on the battlefield
• Infectious Host in the graveyard
• You have at least two opponents
• available

Steps

1. Cast Rot Hulk by paying
2. Rot Hulk dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness
3. Rot Hulk's enter the battlefield trigger is put onto the stack
4. Resolve the Rot Hulk trigger, returning Rot Hulk and Infectious Host from your graveyard to the battlefield
5. Rot Hulk and Infectious Host die as a state-based action due to having zero toughness
6. The Infectious Host and Rot Hulk triggers are put on the stack
7. Resolve the Infectious Host trigger, causing target player to lose 2 life
8. Repeat from step 4
