Steps

1. Cast Rot Hulk by paying
2. Rot Hulk dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness
3. Bastion of Remembrance triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
4. Rot Hulk's enter the battlefield trigger is put onto the stack
5. Resolve the Rot Hulk trigger, returning Rot Hulk from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
