Prerequisites

• Chishiro, the Shattered Blade on the battlefield
• Reins of the Vinesteed in hand
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• You control at least one Spirit
• available

Steps

1. Cast Reins of the Vinesteed by paying , attaching it to a Spirit
2. Reins of the Vinesteed enters the battlefield, triggering Chishiro, creating a 2/2 Spirit token
3. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the creature with Reins of the Vinesteed attached
4. The creature dies, triggering Reins of the Vinesteed, returning Reins of the Vinesteed from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to a Spirit
5. Reins of the Vinesteed enters the battlefield, triggering Chishiro, creating a 2/2 Spirit token
6. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the Spirit's power
7. Repeat from step 3
