Prerequisites

• Vampire Hexmage on the battlefield
• Celestial Convergence on the battlefield
• You have the highest life total

Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Celestial Convergence triggers
2. In response to the trigger, activate Vampire Hexmage by sacrificing it, removing all counters from Celestial Convergence
3. Resolve Celestial Convergence's ability, winning the game due to being the player with the highest life total
