Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Oloro's first ability triggers, causing you to gain 2 life
2. Oloro's second ability triggers, causing you to pay to draw a card and cause each opponent to lose 1 life
3. Starving Revenant triggers
4. Holding priority, activate Skirge Familiar by discarding a card, adding
5. Resolve the Starving Revenant trigger, causing target opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
6. Repeat from step 2
