Prerequisites

• Inga Rune-Eyes on the battlefield
• Nim Deathmantle on the battlefield
• Skirge Familiar on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• At least two creatures have died this turn

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Inga, adding
2. When Inga dies, it's second ability and Nim Deathmantle trigger
3. Resolve the Inga trigger, causing you to draw three cards
4. Activate Skirge Familiar three times by discarding three cards, adding
5. Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger from step 2, causing you to pay to return Inga from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it
6. When Inga enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, causing you to scry 3
7. Repeat
