Prerequisites

• Lilysplash Mentor on the battlefield
• Cloud of Faeries on the battlefield
• Tolarian Academy on the battlefield
• You control at least two artifacts
• You control at least one additional mana-producing land that can tap to produce at least

Steps

1. Activate Tolarian Academy by tapping it, adding at least
2. Activate another mana producing land by tapping it, adding at least
3. Activate Lilysplash Mentor by paying , blinking Cloud of Faeries
4. When Cloud of Faeries enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping Tolarian Academy and another mana-producing land
5. Repeat

• Infinite LTB
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite mana lands you control can produce
