Prerequisites

• Verdant Succession on the battlefield
• Serra Avatar on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Painter's Servant on the battlefield
• "Green" chosen with Painter's Servant

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Serra Avatar
2. Serra Avatar and Verdant Succession trigger
3. Resolve the Serra Avatar trigger, shuffling it into your library
4. Resolve the Verdant Succession trigger, searching your library for Serra Avatar, putting it onto the battlefield and shuffling your library
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill cards equal to Serra Avatar's power
6. Repeat
