Prerequisites

• Preston, the Vanisher on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Nature's Rhythm in hand or in the graveyard
• Fiend Hunter in the library
• at most available

Steps

1. Cast Nature's Rhythm by paying at most , searching your library for Fiend Hunter and putting it onto the battlefield
2. When Fiend Hunter enters, it and Preston trigger
3. Resolve the Fiend Hunter trigger, exiling another creature if needed
4. Resolve the Preston trigger, creating a token copy of Fiend Hunter that is a 0/1 Illusion
5. When the Fiend Hunter token enters, it triggers, exiling the nontoken Fiend Hunter
6. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Fiend Hunter token When the Fiend Hunter token dies, it triggers, returning Fiend Hunter from exile to the battlefield
7. Repeat from step 2
