• Karmic Guide on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Fiend Hunter by paying
2. Fiend Hunter enters the battlefield, exiling Karmic Guide
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Fiend Hunter, adding
4. Fiend Hunter leaves the battlefield, returning Karmic Guide from exile to the battlefield
5. Karmic Guide enters the battlefield, returning Fiend Hunter from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
