Steps

1. Cast Time Warp by paying its mana cost
2. Thor's second ability triggers, dealing damage to any target
3. Resolve Time Warp, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
4. Blink Thor using Nephalia Smuggler
5. When Thor enters, it triggers, allowing you to cast Time Warp from your graveyard until the end of your next turn
6. Move to your next turn
7. Cast Time Warp from your graveyard by paying its mana cost
8. Repeat from step 2
