Steps

1. Cast Nadir Kraken by paying
2. When Nadir Kraken enters the battlefield, Gossip's Talent's first ability triggers, causing you to surveil 1
3. Matoya triggers, causing you to draw a card
4. Nadir Kraken triggers, causing you to pay to put a +1/+1 counter on it and create a 1/1 Tentacle creature token
5. When the Tentacle enters the battlefield, Gossip's Talent's first ability triggers, causing you to surveil 1
6. Matoya triggers, causing you to draw a card
7. Nadir Kraken triggers
8. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Tentacle, adding
9. Resolve the Nadir Kraken trigger, causing you to pay to put a +1/+1 counter on it and create a 1/1 Tentacle creature token
10. Repeat from step 5
