Steps

1. Draw a card
2. Nadir Kraken triggers, causing you to pay to create a 1/1 Tentacle creature token and put a +1/+1 counter on Nadir Kraken
3. The Tentacle enters the battlefield, triggering Trespasser's Curse
4. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Tentacle, adding
5. Resolve the Trespasser's Curse trigger, causing you to lose 1 life and gain 1 life
6. Vilis triggers, causing you to draw a card
7. Repeat from step 2
