• Caged Sun on the battlefield
• Skilled Animator in hand
• "Green" chosen with Caged Sun
• Caged Sun does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Cast Skilled Animator by paying
2. When Skilled Animator enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing Caged Sun to become an artifact creature until end of turn
3. Activate Caged Sun by tapping it, adding
4. Caged Sun triggers, adding
5. Repeat step 4
6. As Caged Sun's triggered ability is a mana ability, this combo creates a mandatory infinite loop that cannot be interacted with, thus ending the game in a draw
